Tommy Fielding (Scott Porter) is a young sexy and ambitious guy, one of those who can easily get it all – money, power, glory and love. Fortune smiled on him. He has found a good job on Wall Street and, being a man of a big heart, gave a helping hand to his unpromising co-worker Daniel (Bryan Greenberg). Tom was lucky in love too - he has found a woman of his dream Beth (Alexis Bledel). But he has forgot, that the art of working on the Wall Street is based on the principles, having nothing with straight dealing and abilities, but intrigue.
Tom is happened to experience the sudden downfall of his great expectations, and the main reason of his failure is appeared to be his sensitive partner Daniel. On the other hand Tom has some problems in his relations with Beth. In love the things are getting not so good as well. From her side, Beth gets to know, that having relations in a big city is someway like working on the Wall Street. You have to risk, have to play and everybody has a weak point.
The film, directed by Julio DePietro, displays us the so-called “culture” of the Wall Street. The main theme of the film touches upon the issue of what the term “the good guy” really means on the Wall Street. The answer will definitely surprise you.
