The gift from Austin is a comedy directed by John Bryant and his co-workers, including actors and moviemakers shows us the story of a real life characters. For the first time you will see on the screen an actor Nathan Harlan. In the role of the other brother is a known Mark Reeb, whom the viewer used to see in the film directed by John Bryant earlier (the film “Momma’s Boy”). The idea of the film was to create the story of two adult brothers who constantly fight with each other and set back to teenagers’ behavior. Only imagine adult people with the young boys’ mind. Isn’t it funny? Full of laughable situations and funnies, the film “The Overbrook Brothers” is made for the audience who like to investigate family relations, including the idea of brotherhood and adult life.
According to the name of the film, “The Overbook Brothers” tells us about two brothers and the relations between them. They’ve got to know that they were not native brothers and once were adopted. This fact made them act strangely. The events are described during the Christmas time and it makes them even more mysterious and interesting. The brothers start their long trip in order to find real relatives, their true mother and dad.
