She seems to have everything to be happy – a loving husband, a cozy house to live in; she succeeded in her career, but still she thinks, it is not enough to feel real happiness. And all of a sudden everything changes in her life. Liz Gilbert gets divorced and finds herself at a crossroads.
The main heroine decides to take a journey around the world and see, if that helps her to find a way out of the boring common life. In search for the new sense of her life, Liz Gilbert makes visits to Italy, India and Bali. To her surprise the woman finds special pleasure in Italian food, experiences the great power of Indian prayer and discovers the true love and appeasement while staying in Bali. Being far from the world she got used to, Liz finds values, more precious and meaningful, than any other of the kind.
