Scott Pilgrim is a jobless man, who despite that fact enjoys wide popularity among women. In his 22 years old he spends most of his time playing bass guitar for the local garage band. It’s not a problem for Scott to have dates with girls he likes, but it’s much harder to get rid of them. Women adore Scott Pilgrim and follow him literally. But everything changes, when the main hero of the film encounters beautiful Ramona Flowers and falls for her.
The girl of his dream is pretty charming and suits him well, but to his surprise Scott faces some difficulties, connected with her former boyfriends. The heart-broken guys can’t accept the fact, that Ramona has chosen somebody else, and do everything possible and impossible to put obstacles on Scott’s way to her heart.
Seven angry and very dangerous guys represent real threat for Scott’s love and life, and they are not eager to accept his relations with Ramona at all. The main hero has to overcome his enemies to stay with Ramona, who is not a usual girl to that and possesses some unusual talents.
The breathtaking comedy, perfectly directed by Edgar Wright, is one more view on attraction and romance between two people, who are in love. Starring in the film are Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Chris Evans, Kieran Culkin and Anna Kendrick.
