Kirk (Jay Baruchel) is a security guard, working at an airport. He considers his job to be dead-end; therefore he doesn’t even cherish hopes for some girl ever fined him attractive enough to get a relationship with. Molly (Alice Eve) is a pretty gorgeous girl, apparently successful in life and among men. How is it possible for her to fell in love with such an unpromising guy, as Kirk? He, his friends and his relatives and even his ex-girlfriend - everybody ask this question, but they don’t have an answer. But still all of them think that this relationship will come to nothing, as Molly is too good for Kirk and they have no future.

But Kirk is absolutely in love with Molly, and she seems to answer him the same. The security guard can’t believe his sudden luck. What is so special in him, that Molly has fallen for him? Earning not much, Kirk figures out, that he has to earn much more to meet her requirements. He even decides to have overtime job to convince his babe that he is worth having relations with. “She's out of my league” – are the words, which belong to Kirk himself. But now he intends to prove that “she’s not”. In other words, he is going to deserve her attention, her love and her being with him.
